About the Role

Do you love helping people, diagnosing their roadblocks and selling products that solve those problems?

People want to give us money because our course is significantly better than others out there – it’s your job to help them. They may have questions and are looking to see if our course is the solution for them. Thankfully, you will do whatever it takes to help the right customers get the right solution 🙂

Your job will be to get on the phone with qualified leads, learn about where they are on their journey and show them (if it makes sense for them) how our course will help them break through.

You are in charge of conversion and retention of students, affiliate partners, corporate clients, corporate partnership and sponsorship. This means that you’ll drive our growth engine by building deep relationships with all our stakeholders.

You will perform one of the most important roles at DigitalMarketingSkill Institute Services Limited. You will learn from experience – your role works closely with and reports directly to the CEO and Founder.

Minimum Qualifications:

✓ 1-4 years of experience in sales or telesales or telemarketing or direct sales.

✓ You are organized. Following up is your second favorite activity after starting a conversation.

✓ You understand or have general knowledge of the digital marketing space (Passion and Interest in Digital Marketing).

✓ You can write an email that no one can resist responding to.

✓ You are excited to close a sale. Money is not your enemy.

✓ You like being independent and proving yourself.

✓ People like you. You’re one of those people are immediately attracted to. An infectious attitude.

✓ You are independent and want to be a part of a hyper growth company.

✓ Responding to a potential customer on a Saturday night is cool with you.

✓ You love kicking ass and are motivated by success.

✓ Excellent written/verbal communication skills

✓ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This involves (Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with):

1. Daily effective follow-up with aspiring students and corporate clients to convert and retain them – while maintaining a 25% close rate and 50% retention rate.

2. You will ensure that all students receive the best possible learning experience – take responsibility for addressing the learning needs of all students. Ensure that everything required for a smooth training is in place at all times.

3. Develop and manage training products and schedules.

4. Develop, implement and manage strategies to acquire and retain valuable corporate clients and strategic partnership.

5. Develop, implement and manage strategies to grow an affiliate partner network that will promote our course for commission.

6. Prepare and deliver engaging and confident presentations (both at one-to-one level and at a much larger scale) about our company and it services.

7. Planning and executing events for the company.
