About the Founder...

I founded Digital Marketing Skill Institute (formerly vibewebsolutions.com) in 2012 during my master’s final year at the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom in my bedroom with just a laptop, a sofa, bed and internet connection.

Today, Digital Marketing Skill Institute is now a Global Business with over 115,384 people trained in over 37 countries and 4 continents and offices in the United States and Nigeria.

I am trained in the United Kingdom at the University of Portsmouth with a Master Degree in Computer Engineering.

I am a passionate entrepreneur with an obsession for digital marketing. I am also the founder of Find Digital Tools (finddigitaltools.com)

I am also the founder of Digital Marketing Giant (digitalmarketinggiant.com), a digital marketing consulting agency that helps businesses drive quality traffic, convert the traffic to customers and then turn the customers into loyal and brand advocates.

I am a hands-on digital marketing practitioner with ongoing experience with various companies locally and internationally (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, The Gambia, United Kingdom, United States and many more).

I was the web consultant to the Lagos Eko Project (a World Bank and Lagos State Project)

I am a council member of the Nigeria-Britain Association, an association that has direct affiliation with the British Council and the Office of the British High Commissioner.

I am also the digital communication adviser to the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce.

I have also been recognized in the United Kingdom by the Portsmouth Enterprise as an entrepreneur to watch in Africa.

I am regularly publishing articles or speaking about digital marketing strategy, web conversions, inbound marketing and customer acquisition strategy as well as entrepreneurship in both Nigeria and international online media.

Here is how it all started...

Before I started Digital Marketing Skill Institute, I teamed up with my flatmate to start an online hotel booking business and I lost my savings to a digital marketing firm that drove little or no results for the online business.

I became broke and frustrated that I took matters into my own hands and decided to learn digital marketing. I became obsessed and so passionate with digital marketing as I began to drive quality traffic, convert that traffic to customers and engage prospects and customers into new, returning and referral sales.

It was then that I realised digital marketing could help all types of businesses grow quickly if only the right digital marketing strategy is implemented with the right skills and tools.

The best part is that people started paying me to help their business run effective digital marketing campaigns to grow their business and then I could afford to pay for the life I have always desired.

For that reason, a business was born to help and empower people acquire the right digital marketing skills to start, grow and scale a wildly profitable business and career using our proven digital marketing strategy that works to make money online.

Through a relentless ambition and focus on the ultimate goal to make people succeed online using digital marketing channels and strategies, I now have a brilliant team of experts globally with experience working with various clients both within Nigeria and internationally.

OK, that's enough about me. Let's me now share the 2 options with you

Option 1: The Wasteful Way

Wasting your time - and money - attending digital marketing training with companies that do not practice what they preach or a company that does not have any real hands-on experience with no real digital marketing results to show for it.

Most digital marketing courses out there are 2 days to 1 week trainings, you can't gain practical digital marketing knowledge in 2 days to 1 week.

Attending a course because it is cheaper is very wasteful, you will end up spending more because you will keep spending on one training to the other in order to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

We really know what we are saying: A good number of our students have attended our course after they have wasted money and time attending other digital marketing training that just teach them theoretical knowledge and digital marketing strategies that simply just do not work.

You could also learn digital marketing from reading blog post, watching Youtube videos but this means you will be doing Trial and Error. BUT… I don’t recommend it for Three reasons:

1. You have NO idea where to start.

Digital marketing failure always traces back to one simple quote: “You don’t know what you don’t know.” It could literally take years and years of money, time, and energy. You will likely give up before you figure out the digital marketing puzzle because you would have lost a lot money and time to trial and error.

2. Most of the information you need is hidden.

You’ve read hundreds of blog posts on digital marketing. That’s why you know that nobody is showing you exactly how they get results but sharing misleading information and highly conflicting information. Implement such information will only lead you to wasting a lot of money and time.

3. There’s nothing worse than someone running enthusiastically in the wrong direction.

Imagine spending a few months and a lot of money on a campaign, only to find out later that you chose a horrible path that gets you no result even though you have done and tried all the tricks you have read on blog posts,YouTube and so on.

Each losing digital marketing campaign costs you money. And each failure costs you valuable time. Most importantly, the negative emotions get you down. If you do not want to experience any of these things, then this option is not for you.

Before I forget, you can also just hire an agency and do not need to learn digital marketing. Unfortunately, you might just waste a lot more money doing this, we saved a company from wasting over ₦15 million (~$36,210.56) because the agency was executing the wrong strategy and over pricing to implement the wrong strategy while submitting a fabricated budget spend reports.

If you and your team do not understand digital marketing, you will waste a lot of money and time. You will also be vulnerable to being billed far more than you should need to pay by agencies or being presented with fabricated reports and key performance indicators that do not matter.

For example, you can be billed for an advert placement online that will not drive you any return on investment or you get a fake budget spend report at the end of the campaign or simply spending a lot of time and money on digital marketing activities that will not drive you any return on investment (ROI).

Option 2: The Smart Way

In addition, we invest a lot of money monthly (over $30,000 yearly) in testing different digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools as well as performing a lot of research and development (attending other digital marketing training, researching and experimenting latest trends, industry case studies and many more).

We run over 1,500 experiments every quarter across various digital marketing channels to identify the most effective, efficient ways to grow and keep more customers (as well as make more money online) in every business niche and industry (even boring one).
