3

Improve

Keep supporting them to grow income, start agencies and freelance practices, and create jobs for others.
Option 1

Co-create a program

Design a training and job-matching program with us for your country, agency or organisation.
Option 2

Sponsor scholarships

Fund places for young people in underserved communities as part of your CSR commitments.
The multiplier effect

Every graduate who hires two people takes two more out of unemployment

Many people we’ve trained now work for others, run their own agencies or freelance, and a lot of them are hiring. The impact reaches the people they employ, their families and even their customers.

“Our single ultimate goal is to help and empower 1 million people by 2030. If we achieve it, we will add millions of jobs to the economy. We really cannot do it alone, and that is why we are actively looking for both government and private partnerships.”

Case study: ISA-WEEP

Zero upfront fees. 824 women trained. 2,491 employers ready to hire.

With support from the Skills Initiative for Africa (SIFA), we ran the Income Share Agreement for Women Employability & Entrepreneurship Programme in Nigeria. Young women trained in digital marketing with nothing to pay upfront, joined a 90-day job challenge and a one-month work trial, and repay only once they earn. See the results and the four best practices other institutions can reuse.
